KasusDeutsch is a German language learning application that provides:

Article Transformation exercises for practicing German articles
Case Detective games for identifying grammatical cases
Progress tracking and statistics
Practice questions across CEFR levels A1-B2

3. User Rights and Restrictions

You may:

Use the App for personal, educational purposes
Track your learning progress
Reset your data at any time

3.2 Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Redistribute the App or its content
Attempt to bypass any security measures

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its content (including the German language exercises, design, and code) are owned by Takemeway Studio and protected by copyright laws. The German language content is used for educational purposes.

5. Privacy and Data

Your use of KasusDeutsch is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

All data is stored locally on your device
We do not collect personal information
No account creation is required

6. Disclaimers

6.1 "As Is" Service

KasusDeutsch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency results.

6.2 Educational Content

While we strive for accuracy, language learning content may contain errors. The App is a supplementary learning tool and should not be your only resource for learning German.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takemeway Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. App Store Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict, Apple's terms prevail for matters related to app distribution.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany.
