Video creation with AI-generated imagery
Voice narration using on-device and cloud services
Video composition and export features
Local storage of created content

3. AI-Generated Content

3.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using FacelessInspire, subject to the terms of the underlying AI services (OpenAI, ElevenLabs) if cloud services are used.

3.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The input you provide to generate content
Reviewing generated content before sharing
Ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws
Not generating harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content

3.3 AI Limitations

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or unexpected outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or quality of AI-generated content.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

4.1 Your API Keys

To use cloud AI features, you must provide your own API keys from:

OpenAI (for GPT and DALL-E services)
ElevenLabs (for premium voice synthesis)

4.2 Third-Party Terms

Use of cloud AI services is subject to their respective terms:

You are responsible for compliance with these third-party terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use FacelessInspire to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Create content that infringes intellectual property rights
Produce deepfakes or misleading content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Circumvent any security measures

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original code, design, and features are owned by Takemeway Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of FacelessInspire is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We prioritize local processing and data minimization.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 "As Is" Service

FacelessInspire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8.2 AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may not be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all purposes. Always review content before sharing.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Takemeway Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or AI-generated content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Takemeway Studio from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of AI-generated content.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany.
