Takemeway Studio ("we," "our," or "us") operates the FacelessInspire mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience using FacelessInspire. We adhere to the following principles:

• We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service
• We never sell your personal information
• We use industry-standard security measures
• You have full control over your data
• We prefer on-device AI processing when available

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Content Input: Text you enter for generating proverbs, poems, quotes, and videos
• API Keys (Optional): If you choose to use cloud AI services, you provide your own API keys which are stored securely in the device Keychain
• Generated Content: Videos, audio, and images created using the app are stored locally on your device
• App Preferences: Settings such as preferred voice, video quality, and AI preferences

Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version for compatibility purposes
• Usage Data: Features used and app interaction patterns to improve the service
• Crash Reports: Technical information about app crashes to improve stability

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide AI-powered content generation services
• Store your preferences and settings locally
• Improve app performance and fix bugs
• Provide customer support when requested

AI Services and Data Processing

On-Device AI (Local Processing)

When available, FacelessInspire uses on-device AI capabilities including:

• Apple Foundation Models: For text generation (iOS 26+)
• AVSpeechSynthesizer: For local voice narration

Data processed locally never leaves your device.

Cloud AI Services (Optional)

When on-device AI is unavailable or you choose cloud services:

• OpenAI: For text and image generation (subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy)
• ElevenLabs: For premium voice synthesis (subject to ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy)

Cloud processing requires your own API keys. We do not have access to your API keys or the data processed through these services.

Data Storage and Security

• Generated content is stored locally on your device
• API keys are stored in the iOS Keychain with encryption
• App preferences are stored using UserDefaults
• No personal data is transmitted to our servers

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your content stays on your device unless you explicitly share it.

Photo Library Access

FacelessInspire may request permission to save generated videos to your Photo Library. This is optional and only occurs when you enable "Auto-Save to Photos" in settings. We only add content; we do not read or access your existing photos.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all data stored by the app in Settings
• Delete: Remove all app data by uninstalling the app or using the in-app delete function
• Control: Choose between local and cloud AI processing
• Export: Share your generated content via the standard iOS share sheet

Children's Privacy

FacelessInspire is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes through app updates.
