How do I save a quote to favorites?
When viewing a quote card, tap the heart icon or swipe right to add it to your favorites. You can view all your saved quotes in the Favorites tab.
How do I set up daily reminders?
Go to Settings > Notifications and enable "Daily Affirmation." You can customize the time when you'd like to receive your daily dose of inspiration.
What's included in WiseFlip Premium?
Premium includes an ad-free experience, access to all quote categories, exclusive premium content, and priority access to new features. You can try it free for 7 days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions on your iPhone, find WiseFlip, and tap Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open WiseFlip, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I reset the app and start fresh?
Go to Settings > Reset App. This will clear all your favorites, preferences, and interaction history. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data backed up?
WiseFlip stores all data locally on your device. Your data is included in your iPhone backups (iCloud or iTunes). We do not store any data on our servers.
The app is crashing. What should I do?
Try these steps: 1) Force quit and reopen the app, 2) Restart your iPhone, 3) Make sure you have the latest app version, 4) If the issue persists, contact support with your iOS version and device model.
